Senior Window Cleaner Key Responsibilities:

Working manager with assigned service jobs on a daily basis
Typical work hours are Monday thru Friday and Saturdays as business dictates
Oversee and manage the technician workforce
Resolve customer issues and concerns
Training and evaluating new and existing technicians
Quality Control - ensuring all standards are maintained and customer call-backs are kept to a minimum
Maintenance of truck and equipment

Senior Window Cleaner Job Requirements:

Candidates must be professional, personable, detail oriented
Previous window cleaning and pressure washing experience required
Strong leadership and/or management skills required
Team player
Valid driver’s license
